Motions
By submitting a motion to the guild meeting, you can influence the guild in a big way. For example, you can write a motion that sushi must always be sold in the café, or that we must have a pub once a week, that board meetings must take place outdoors, or any other thing you can think of. Then this motion will be processed by the board, and we will jointly write an answer. The motion is then taken up on HTM2 and the guild gets a chance to discuss and decide on the motion.
Motion stop
The last day to submit an exercise to HTM2 is today. This is usually called a motionsstopp in Swedish, not sure about the English translation. It is still possible to submit motions after today, but it is not certain that they will be processed at HTM2, the motion will be included as a late document(?) and can be processed if the meeting decides so.
How do I?
Excellent question dear D-person, to send a motion you must first write a motion. @Alfred Grip has created a tool to generate motions, that tool is here. I think it's a very handy tool.
After you have written your motion, you need to send it to our president Sofia Tatidis at her email, ordforande@dsek.se.
Good luck!
