TIF (Teknologkårens Idrottsförening) hosts a squash ladder for students. Squash is a great deal of fun, and the ladder allows you to get some exercise while meeting new people. There is a broad range of skill levels among the players in the ladder, so everyone is welcome regardless of previous experience. However, we have a limited number of spots, and they are given on a first come first served basis. More info in the application form.
