Hello all guild members!🐋🐋🐋

Fall is approaching, and that means it's time for the first guild meeting, specifically HTM1, which will be held on October 3rd this year! For all newcomers, the guild meeting is our highest decision-making body, which means that it's where all the major matters are discussed and decided upon by all attending guild members. All guild members are welcome to attend the guild meeting.

During the meeting, elections will also take place for three positions: Trivselmästare, Øverphøs, and Nomination Committee Representative from the Lowest Academic Year. Trivselmästare and Øverphøs have a term from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, while the Nomination Committee Representative from the Lowest Academic Year has a term from October 3, 2023, to June 31, 2024.

The nominee for Trivselmästare and Øverphøs is decided in accordance with our governing documents (the regulations, Policy for Elections, and Policy for the Nomination Committee's work) and through interviews similar to previous years. However, the position Nomination Committee Representative from the Lowest Academic Year will not be interviewed, instead the election takes place through floor candidacies at the guild meeting, but it's still possible to nominate someone for the position.

Nominations will be open until 23:59 on Sunday (September 10th) and can be submitted through the Google Forms link: https://bit.ly/ansokHTM1. Nominations are anonymous, but the list of nominees will be made public in the Google Sheets document "Public Nomination List for HTM1" in the folder: https://bit.ly/mappHTM1.

In the folder, you can also find requirement profiles for the positions (also available on the website https://www.dsek.se/en/documents/kravprofiler). Since Øverphøs is a part of the board, a board-specific requirement profile is used for the nomination process. Detailed position descriptions can be found in the regulations (https://www.dsek.se/reglemente).
