SM-Master: Responsible for AktUs' social media presence and its dissemination of information.
Entertainment Coordinator: Responsible for organizing events with playful, cozy, and craft-oriented themes.
ShopaholiC: Responsible for the D-shop, its range of products, inventory, and sales.
SCalD: Works under ShopaholiC and is responsible for revising the songbook.
Patchy: Works under ShopaholiC and is responsible for designing merchandise and badges.
Detailed descriptions:SM-master
As an SM-master, you’re responsible for disseminating information and documenting Aktivitetsutskottet and its events. The SM-Master handles AktUs’ social media — ranging from keeping the D-guild’s calendar updated to posting pictures of AktUs’ activities on Instagram. This position is for those who enjoy writing, photography, and want to help AktU reach as many guild members as possible!
Entertainment Coordinator
The Entertainment Coordinator is a new position within AktU. As the Entertainment Coordinator, your responsibility is to organize events for the guild that involve games, cozy gatherings, and crafting activities. These could range from larger individual events to regular smaller ones, or a mix of both—ranging from movie nights at iDét to an obstacle course across Lund. The Entertainment Coordinator role is broad and allows for a lot of initiative and creativity!
ShopaholiC
The ShopaholiC is a new position within AktU. As ShopaholiC, you will be responsible for the inventory of the D-shop and all its sales. You decide what to buy into the D-shop and what to sell. This will be everything from the guild’s merch to its patches. You will also work closely with the SCalD and Patchy.
SCalD
SCalD is a new role within AktU. As SCalD, you’re responsible for revising the guild’s songbook. Additionally, SCalD supports ShopoaholiC with tasks related to the D-shop, such as sales and inventory management.
Patchy
As Patchy, your task is to design merchandise for the guild, ranging from shirts to fabric patches, and you have significant freedom in how you handle this responsibility. Additionally, Patchy supports and collaborates with ShopaholiC in its work with the D-shop.
