Hello dear D-guild!
On October 7th, the first guild meeting of the fall semester (HTM1) will be held. The guild meeting is the D-guild’s highest decision-making body. This is where all the biggest matters for the guild are brought up and decided on, together with all attending guild members. All members are welcome to the guild meeting. There will be lots of fun, for example, some posts for the calendar year 2026 will be elected.
With that said: Here is the announcement for the elections of the posts Trivselmästare and Øverphøs for the mandate period 1/1-2026 to 31/12-2026.
You can nominate someone via the form below. You need to provide the name and email of the person you are nominating, as well as the post you are nominating them for (Trivselmästare or Øverphøs). Nominations are completely anonymous! The form closes on Sunday 14/9.

All nominations will be shown publicly in this folder. Here you can also find the requirement profiles for the posts. These requirement profiles will be what we base our motivation on when presenting our candidates.

Since Øverphøs is part of the board, a board-specific requirement profile is also used in the nomination process. You can read more detailed post descriptions in the regulations (

) as well as on the website.
The election process will go as follows (in broad terms):
All guild members can nominate people for these posts until Sunday (14/9).
The nominated people will be contacted by us in the election committee via email to either accept or decline their nomination.
Those who choose to accept will then be invited to individual interviews arranged by the election committee.
After all interviews, we review the candidates and nominate the people we in the election committee consider best suited for the different posts (one person per post).
Those who are not nominated by the election committee still have the possibility to counter-candidate.
At the guild meeting, the nominated candidate and counter-candidates will be able to give speeches and answer questions from guild members. After this, the participants can discuss and decide among the candidates.

At the meeting, everyone from the lowest year will also have the opportunity to floor-candidate to join the election committee! This means you don’t need to be nominated or attend an interview, but instead you simply show up at the meeting on 7/10 and candidate on the spot. The election committee is super fun, so don’t miss out on this!
